What is Ready UP?

Ready UP is a student-focused workshop designed to help young people understand how stress, anxiety, and pressure affect learning, memory, and performance. It equips students with practical techniques to stay calm, focused, and confident during exams and other high-pressure situations.


Rather than telling students to “relax” or “try harder,” Ready UP helps them understand what is happening in their brain and body — and how to work with it.
