On 21st January 2026, Unearth Possibility Director, Emir Jones met with Torfaen Team Manager, Dawn Cowdell-Carter and her team at Careers Wales and they had a really honest conversation about what people are struggling with right now. Anxiety, lower confidence and communication challenges are becoming more common, not because people lack ability, but because there’s been far less face to face interaction and phones are doing a lot of the work our brains used to do.
